A FACILITIES & OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL works on the day-to-day operations of a Broadway theatre. Staff members in this area will monitor the communication and contracts between the box office and the production the venue is housing. FACILITIES & OPERATIONS PROFESSIONALS are also in charge of managing the PORTERS AND CLEANERS for the theatre and responding to concerns regarding the box office and front of house reports. It is important to note that FACILITIES & OPERATIONS PROFESSIONALS work for the theatre organization, not the production.
